**IMPORTANT: An accompanying person has to register.
All of the above fees include, among others:
- conference materials (does not apply to accompanying persons),
- 2-page abstract in AMA Service GmbH with a DOI number
- meals (lunches, dinners),
- accompanying events:
- coffee breaks,
- banquet,
- special event.
After the 15th January 2026 all fees will be raised by 200 PLN.

In case of cancelation from participation in the Conference, we guarantee the following reimbursement:
- 75% of a fee paid before January 15th, 2026
- 25% of a fee paid after January 15th, 2026
